Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G Thermal Paste

Great product. Works really well for me. There is enough in this container/syringe to coat several CPUs. I especially love the replaceable rubber cap that keeps this sealed for the next use.

I was getting lots of blue screens of death while playing various games, and the BIOS listed my CPU temperature at 75 degrees. After applying this stuff, my 6+ year CPU was running at around 40 and is still kicking.

Its the best and most used thermal compound. If your reading this then you probably already know that. So go ahead and buy it. You wont be wrong. BTW been working on and building computers for 27yrs or so. And on the huge builds you always see on tv or gaming summits, this is what they use on their computers. If its good enough for that type of abuse(and at those gaming summits they do abuse them) it will be good enough for your build as well. Arctic Silver is the go to thermal paste for most builders nowadays. Not all, but the vast majority uses it and thinks highly of it. Its ok to not take my word for it as well. Just Google it and see for yourself. I dont mind...;)

Great product, research how to apply before you apply.

Im no pro, but have put together several computers over the last 20+ years. Thermal compound is a must with todays overly hot CPUs, and this stuff works. Dont skimp a couple bucks on something your CPU needs to keep running the way it should.

Does a perfect job of what it’s supposed to do

The best CPU coolers are garbage without good thermal paste. Dont cheap out here. I like Arctic Silver because its an excellent thermal conductor, lasts a long time and is actually removable if there is a need to separate CPU and cooler to rebuild or reapply new paste. Currently using this with a corsair close loop water cooler.
