Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G Thermal Paste

Great product, only need to use a fraction of the tube. Lowered my temps about 5 deg Celsius - this is because most CPU manufacturers use cheap thermal compound. I suppose if you bought a baller gaming CPU/heat sink its possible you wont see as much of a difference.

i was already inside my xbox one to case mod it and add leds and whatnot, so i figured why not replace the thermal paste. this was the stuff to choose, most definetly. dropped my cpu temp by 16 degrees. just a rice shaped dab in the center and then add the heatsink and bam cooler processor. which is good because the xbox one can get pretty warm at times. im acually investing into some 40mm fans for intake just to see how cool it can get in there

Although getting this compound out of the tube is easy, it is a bit messy to spread it around on the processor with my fingers. Even so, it works. Unless I buy a new processor I wont use what is left in this tube.

This seems to be the Gold Standard of heat transfer pastes so I got some for mating my heat sink to my hot end of my 3D printer. It works extremely well and I have enough left over for 100 more printers! hahaha
