Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G Thermal Paste

Ive tried many thermal compounds. None seem to be as reliable and good quality over time. Ive tried ones many times more expensive and some even cheaper. Arctic just seems to know what theyre doing.

I like the quality, seems good and does the job.

Couple of hours ago I was a happy owner of $1500 Asus G73JH, which needed some GPU and CPU repasting. I oredered this nice and perfect thermal compound with hope to get it all done and enjoy my powerful machine.

Small, but could be used for more than 10 or more computers if used wisely!

I use this to replace the thermal junk that comes pre-smeared on computer components. Drops temps if applied correctly (over-applied first time I used and actually saw a temp increase, reapplied much much thinner layer after searching the web and then saw a huge decrease in temps). Just check other reviews. I wouldnt use anything else.

Always consistent with great thermal conductivity. If youre looking for an easy to spread compound, look elsewhere; this stuff is thick but spreads fairly easily and evenly with a piece of thin plastic. Wear latex or other thin protective gloves when applying or plan to purchase a tub of gojo hand cleaner with your order.

Used this to install a new CPU to motherboard and it worked as it was supposed too. As I said does the job.

It did what it was made to do.
