I just received this computer and it works great so far.

After buying I find out the heat sink setup is a bit flawed so it does kick up those fans pretty high when it needs, then eventually needs to turn off to cool down.

Everything I was hoping for and more!!

From day one it had memory errors and rebooted sometimes several times in a row. Now it stopped working the screen is blank even when I connect to a monitor

For thw fact that I sent over $600 it should have a touch! Other than that its great:)

It is not quick at all, has trouble sometimes playing YouTube Videos, photoshop or Lightroom? SLOWWW

if you plan on using it for anything and i mean anything other than googling, your gonna wanna bring a charger with you. The screen is rather dull and lacks vibrance, not my choice for netflix without a second external monitor. However it packs enough punch to play some games and runs autocad like a charm. Overall a good computer unless you dont have an outlet nearby

The laptop is great but I ordered a used one that said it had nothing wrong with it and was like new until I tried to use the camera and I got the message no camera connected and that sucked cause I can’t do school but now a couple months after I bought it, it randomly freezes up and won’t turn back on for around 10 minutes and when I tried to message the guy he never responded so if you do buy this, buy a new one.

Easy to set up. Good quality over all. Sometimes the pointer gets lost.
