> 3 dayif you plan on using it for anything and i mean anything other than googling, your gonna wanna bring a charger with you. The screen is rather dull and lacks vibrance, not my choice for netflix without a second external monitor. However it packs enough punch to play some games and runs autocad like a charm. Overall a good computer unless you dont have an outlet nearby

> 3 dayThe computer stopped working after 3 months and Asus does not help getting the computer to them and then they want to charge to fix it stating it was purchased through a third party vendor. I would not buy any Asus product again.

> 3 dayDont trust them. Computer does show the extra ram, the speeds ok but not good. However it crashes on me frequently. The PCs basically new have hardly used it and downloaded nothing. Even googling without clicking any links the whole thing crashed on me. Plus the graphics are horrible. Ive seen cheaper computers 5-6 years ago with better graphics. Which makes me wonder if they tampered with the graphics card. Only buy your computer brand new. Dont trust anyone you dont know to mod it.

> 3 dayNice Laptop. But it does not have 16 gb of RAM. Just 12 gb. That is a lie and it is not right. The others specifications are corrects.

> 3 dayI was needing a new laptop for work purposes and purchased this one, as it had the minimum requirements needed for my job and was able to arrive before the start of the new week. I had an Asus when I was in college, so I thought this would be a good buy. However, upon opening the package and beginning to set it up, it would not boot up. It immediately froze on the startup Asus screen. After nearly an hour, I attempted to reboot it, only for it to freeze again on the Asus screen with the additional message “Preparing Automatic Repair.” Ummm.... why would a brand new laptop straight out of the box need to do a repair?!?

> 3 dayI dont know much about computers, but my kid does. Weve had it for 3 months now. He is a 13 year old gamer and says this computer is awsome! According to him, it has great graphics, no glitching, good batter life, looks cool, nice storage, etc. He says its perfect and his friends like it too.
