I have to use headphones to watch my college lectures because the speakers are too quiet. Sometimes it locks up on a black screen - I use the power button + refresh to restart it. Outside of these issues, I’ve had no trouble with it. I don’t use the touchscreen very often but have had no issue with it when I do. I use a wireless mouse, not the built in pad, so I can’t speak to its quality. Sometimes the keyboard light isn’t bright enough but it’s fine.

I needed this for work and I got it set up and then it just completely died. It wouldnt charge or boot up. The seller was friendly. They referred me to the manufacturer, so I just did a return instead of dealing with that hassle.

My first midsize laptop and perfect in all respects. Nice heavy aluminum build.

This is not a high-end notebook, and I was aware of that when I purchased this Chromebook for $252 back at end of 2022. However, I expect any electronic device I purchase to work without incident for at least 3 years. Buy a new a streaming device, a new TV, a new smart home device, buy a new dishwasher, buy a new coffee maker, buy an iron—do you expect it to work for at least 3 years? I think so. But I got only 5 months out of my ASUS Chromebook!

This item did not fit my needs. I have returned it for a refund. It has been a month and still no refund or response from Amazon.

Although I ended up returning it, it was a nice 2 in 1.

This is my second chromebook. I wanted a good screen definition to watch movies and I am very satisfied. Its fast a nd has a good battery life.
