> 3 dayThe device works as expected. Very study and not flimsy like some laptops. The touchscreen is pretty sensitive too.

> 3 dayThis laptop is totally fine, except I could not easily see the writing on the keys. It’s very shiny and nearly the same color as keys themselves. I ended up purchasing a silicone key cover which works great, but it seems like really poor design!

> 3 dayIts acceptable to have one faulty laptop, but I bought 2 of these a few weeks apart for business and they both became unusable after less than a month of purchase. The worst part is this happened merely days after the return window closed. I would never buy an ASUS product again. We have purchased Samsung and HP Chromebooks and they have worked perfectly for years. ASUS is garbage.

> 3 dayScreen went blank about 10 days after the Amazon warranty expired. The manufacturer (ASUS) had me take it to Best Buy and they wouldnt honor the ASUS warranty because the unit was not purchased at Best Buy. The seller (GamerLand Express) gave me instructions to try which were the same things that both I and Best Buy had done multiple times. Now they wont respond to my request to replace the computer under the 12 month manufacturer warranty. Use caution when dealing with either ASUS or GamerLand Express.

> 3 dayOverall for what I paid , it is a good chromebook. I get 8 hours before charging is required and it charged to almost 100% in 1 hour. For what I use it for it is sufficient. I wanted a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard, which is what I got, but I have to continually dim the backlit keyboard to be able to see the letters on the keys. The grey keyboard and the backlit obscures the greyish lettering on the keys in a well lit room. In my opinion the audio could be better but sufficient for what I paid. The flip feature is very sturdy and functional. Price wise it is a good buy for me.

17-12-2024After getting it set up, I find out it had been registered to a YMCA and I am unable to change the name of the chromebook... Deceiving to say the least... I will probably keep it as I like the form factor and seems to function properly... But disappointed it was misrepresented by the seller. Nowhere in the discription did it mention this was a refurbished unit....

> 3 dayI got this chrome book primarily for writing purposes and I’m so glad I did. I love the touch screen, it has a decent battery life but my favorite part? Oddly enough is the keys! I love that they are backlit but the softness of the click makes it comfortable to type. Whenever I go to upgrade my main laptop I will definitely be looking for something with the same type of keyboard.
