It took too long to ship, it arrived with screen issues including extreme light bleed and a stuck pixel. I sent it to the Asus support center to fix it, it took two entire weeks to be finished, and the new screen still has massive light bleed, they didnt fix the fan, and they even forgot to plug in the audio cable, as I had to open the laptop and reconnect it.

This laptop has performance and heating issues. Laptop does not perform unless it is plugged in & turbo mode is activated(the mode isnt even available unless the laptop is plugged in, so no solution there either), which feeds into the heating issue where the laptop isnt running unless its burning a hole into my lap or my desk. The fans are so loud that mics pick that sound up over my voice constantly. Theres also a bunch of junk that comes installed I cant get rid of. Huge waste of money, super disappointed,

The fan is EXTREMELY loud. Im not a big gamer, I only play Skyrim. It looks amazing but after about 5-10 minutes of playing the game is so loud I need headphones to hear the game. The I have it sitting on a desk so ventilation isnt a problem. One of the reasons I bought this one was it boasted about having a quiet fan and this is pretty disappointing.

The model I received was not the same as advertised. The one I received only was 60hz refresh rate, not 120 like the description. That was a key factor in my purchase. Product was returned and refunded.

I did not buy this laptop from Amazon, but from another retailer. I am not saying that this is a bad laptop, in fact, I believe it is a pretty good laptop WHEN IT WORKS. Issues I had immediately after unboxing. Screen glitches all the time ( even after downloading drivers and reinstalled windows. Mouse pad really sucks!!! Fan noise is not uncommon on a gaming laptop, but this thing ramps to high speed constantly even when the laptop is sitting idle. Blue screen of death constantly. Im sure all of this is a bad hardware component and/or bad software. If you order one ( based on other reviews ), you may or may not get one that works out of the box. Scared me so much, I bought a different brand. Good luck!!

I use this product for Cbct radiography. It quick and reliable.

I bought it for Sims 4. It is capable of running it on high graphics, but need a lap desk to do that. It got entirely too hot for my lap after 30 minutes. I just turned down the graphics and I can play for hours without feeling too hot. Its a great laptop for the price!

The laptop just shut off, and now it wont turn on or charge.

This is overall a good computer for the price but my main issue is that it is advertised as 120hz but it is only 60, or at least the one I got, this wouldnt be such a big deal normally but that that advertising influenced my decision because this same laptop was on amazon for $50 cheaper and 60hz so I wasted $50+tax

pros : it looks really nice. the keyboard colors look solid and the body on the laptop is solid. the screen being LCD still impresses me with the HD quality. and the processor is fairly fast.
