No le funciona la bocina derecha, intente actualizando los drivers por so fue un problema sobre eso pero sin éxito, desde que llegó, nunca funciono esa bocina.

This computer crashes at least once every day with a fatal blue screen of death and we have only had it about a month. When it works, it works fine, but the crashes make it completely unreliable. It will be returned.

For just over a grand with taxes you wont find a better laptop for the price, the screen is great, processor is fast and the video card is decent, the best part about it is you can upgrade its ram and put in another ssd! Edited after 1 year, poor build quality, the fans click and Ive never moved it gets insanely dirty inside very fast.

Me llegó el 11 de Febrero y el día 21 me presentó un problema, al encenderla noté que apareció una línea vertical en la parte izquierda de la pantalla cuando la noté estaba en un juego y creí que era error del juego, así que reinicie el videojuego y por mi sorpresa seguía ahí, cuando noté que si era de la lap fue cuando volví a encenderla y noté la linea en la pantalla donde iniciamos con nuestro usuario, lo curioso es que no la notaba en el escritorio, así que estuve cambiando de fondos de pantalla hasta que se logró apreciar, también me di cuenta que en el marco de la pantalla en la parte inferior pues normalmente esta como apretado a la pantalla, y en mi caso solamente en la parte inferior izquierda justo donde se presenta la linea, el marco se siente flojo o como si no estuviera pegado o apretado como el resto, la verdad me decepcionó porque tiene muy buenos componentes para jugar y trabajar, otro problemilla que noté, es que se desconecta muy frecuentemente del intertet con el wifi.

I have repeated problems with the wifi disconnecting, blue screens while watching simple Youtube videos, and the keyboard backlight not working. I sent the computer in for warranty repair, and it worked for a few days only for all of the problems to return. I waited two weeks for the repair the first time, so the second time I asked for expedited service since I use it for remote schoolwork. I was told that I could pay for that myself and that ASUS would not. Thanks for nothing. I cant wait for weeks for you do your job right. What a piece of junk backed up by lousy service.

I really like this computer a lot. I bought it because I really like to play Sims games and play with custom content. It works really good for both. I can’t speak for higher demanding games but for basic usage and Sims with custom content and mods it is very good. Sims 1 through sims 4. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
