> 3 dayThis is the best laptop Ive ever bought. Outperforms the more expensive ones Ive had in the past. Like this so much, my mom bought one also. Fires up quickly. Performs well. No complaints.

> 3 dayHad this computer for 11 week. Purchased for my daughter for college. One month into classes the screen began failing. Diagnosed by their Customer Service as defective screen connection, and they offer no option for a loaner PC while repairs are made. They also offer no option for refunds. I explained this is being used for college and my daughter cannot be without a computer for 2 weeks - they didnt care and said I could complain to the CEOs office.

Greater than one weekI have found that this system is mainly for web, and small type of work. It has very limited option to upgrade, the way the memory is used is different from standard units. My model has 16gm Ram but only 9gb usable as RAM the other is for virtual memory, with a pagefile size of less than 3GB. The RAM is soldered! No upgrade, period. It is using some of the ram as virtual. Which somehow gives some fast operation. I replaced de 500GB M.2 for a 1TB. It can use up to 2TB. that is the only upgrade that can be installed. From Windows 11 system info I get the following related to memory usage and configuration. Also RAM memory is shared with the video display.

Greater than one weekI held out a long time before landing on this laptop--kept bouncing between HP and Dell models until this showed up quite unexpectedly and then got snatched up quickly. I jumped on it at a very attractive price for the infrastructure I wanted that this had: latest I7 chip, 16 GB RAM, 512 SSD. Plus I wanted as many USB ports as possible along with a Thunderbolt port; never could find an HP (my previous laptops brand) or Dell with the right mix. A really nice plus is the function key that can deactivate the touch pad--I use a mouse and sometimes accidentally hitting the touch pad can be a problem. Finally, I liked the Indie Black color. Im not a gamer so cant comment on how this model handles those requirements.

> 3 dayMicrosoft 365 is junk. The software is like going backwards. Been using Windows 7 with Office 2010. Soooo many features were far better on the old software. The laptop itself does not have the greatest keyboard. Keep having to retype words. It is annoying to have Mcafee keep popping up ads for their services.
