Just got this, have only used it for a few days on my baby (who is 3 months old), and I am already in love. My little one has had a variety of skin problems, and while I have been able to successfully treat every problem he still had fairly dry skin on his legs with some particularly rough patches close to the edges of his diaper. He has not been diagnosed with eczema, but I have wondered if maybe thats what it is. In any case, I noticed a huge improvement after using this lotion once per night after his bath for two nights, and after the 3rd night of use his skin is perfectly normal, very soft, better than it has looked in the last couple of months. Very happy with my purchase and will buy more soon. I have had amazing success with Aquaphor for a rash on his face, but even that didnt totally smooth out his legs -this cream did the trick! Love it!

I used to only use Cetaphil for my baby, but I tried this Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream on a whim one day and I noticed a significant difference in my babys skin! My baby has sensitive skin that seems to get dry very quickly. By morning, I can usually feel that her skin has become very dry. The morning after I applied this lotion to my baby after her bath, I noticed that her skin still felt very soft and smooth. Not at all dry! I love using this moisturizing cream for when the winter when my babys skin tends to dry out faster. This is great stuff! I love it!

Light smell and works great on eczema

Hands down the best baby eczema product (non-prescription at least). Baby Eczema was also good, but greasy - still great if you dont mind greasy. We love the Aveeno and have bought dozens of these - too bad this doesnt come in a huge tub - it would be worth the investment. This is not a cure, but has helped tremendously for my little eczema sufferer with sensitive skin. Love that its not super-greasy.

Our newborn was getting a bumpy, rashy face that A & D ointment didnt help. This stuff cleared it up in 2 days.

I bought this cream for my baby and applied few times and it didnt do anything, so I decided to use other cream.After short time I thought I will use this cream for my hands instead to through away. After I just applied the cream my hands started to burn and become so red I washed the cream right away. Now I am thinking how can it work on baby sensitive skin if its was so bad even on my hands. I agree with one comment here, before use the cream try a little on your baby skin to be sure it is ok
