Baby Banana Bendable Training Toothbrush, Toddler

> 3 dayMy babys used the banana toothbrush with handles since his first chiclets came in. Tried to transition him to a more conventional, big-name brand now that hes an official toddler (15 months), but he wont have it despite weeks of coaxing. I hopped on Amazon to reorder the same infant brush, but found the toddler version (minus handles). Couldnt be happier! The bristles are thinner, but more plentiful. Helps to get around his mouth now that he has more teeth to reach. The material is soft and grippy throughout. Perfect for a learning tot. And the little guy loves it! Opens wide when he sees it. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayWhen I was putting together my baby registry, I had NO idea what to put on there besides the main items (which was pretty much whatever Amazon recommended...thank you Amazon!). Anyways, a friend went through my list and said, You need more stuff on here! So she sent me a bunch of items to be included, this being one of them. Honestly, my first thought was, this is stupid, why would I need a fake toothbrush? However, the price was reasonable, I had a lot of friends who just graduated from grad school so I figured this would be a nice to have on the list. No one bought it and I thought, hooray! I dont need more useless things. Well my baby was born and at 4 months, teething began (breastfeeding class never covered the pain of breastfeeding a teething baby!). She chewed on everything. A cousin bought me teething rings, she didnt really like those. I bought toys with those teethers. She got bored of them quickly. Then, I remembered the banana brush (I mean, who can forget such a thing!) and decided to try it out. All these positive reviews cant be wrong, right? I am sorry I doubted all you positive reviewers. This thing has been awesome! She loves to chew on it and will chew on it for at least 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor, dont be a dummy like me, and buy this.

Greater than one weekBaby started teething by four months and wouldnt use any teething toy no matter what we tried, cold or not. With this, she loves to bite down on the bristles and itch her gums. Shell slowly pull it across her gums in front so it makes a noise and find it humorous. Definitely one of the best purchases Ive made because we have three of different colors for just in case they get misplaced

> 3 dayI bought this when my baby daughter was just born. Product arrived on time and well. This will do the job of training your baby to brush their teeth. But with your help. You have to teach your baby that the head is the part he/she must put on the mouth. Because the whole piece is soft plastic, your baby will most likely chew all of it. The head is not the easiest to clean. It may be hard to reach some places in between brushes. It is very important to transition this into a real baby toothbrush once your baby starts growing teeth. Don`t delay the transition like I did. As your baby grows, so does its memory and retention. My baby just loved this banana so much, that I had to brush her teeth twice for a couple of weeks. Once with this, once with a baby toothbrush. Because she would cry loudly and ask for the banana. It took some time since she forgot about it. Another advice is to brush your babys teeth with this yourselves for a minute before you leave this for your baby to play with. If you just leave this to your baby for him/her to brush on her own, she will become acustomed to doing so. When the time came to brush my baby`s real teeth, she would shoo me away and fight me because she wanted to do it on her own. That`s about it. It`s a good price for a good product.

> 3 dayIt is just A-okay. Not the life saver I imagined it to be. My 3 month old didnt really take to it. I tried it myself to see what was up and theres a heavy plastic taste to it even after boiling it twice and washing it numerous times with soap. The LO prefers my fingers or her bib. Shes 4 months now and shell chew on it grudgingly on occasion. I would not purchase again. One pro is that my pediatrician says we can use this to brush her teeth when they do come in. Update: at 4.5 months, lo is starting to grab it to put in her mouth herself. At times she hits the jackpot, other times, her eye. Shes warming up to it and is able to hold it by the handles with both hands now. Update 2: at 5.5 months, LO enjoys her banana and can use it gracefully. Shes also learned to bite on the non-bristle end. It is a life saver when her gums need relief. Also easy to attach a pacifier clip to so it wont get lost or end up on the ground.

> 3 dayGot this for my 4 month old who is teething pretty badly right now and this is her favorite teether. I love how adorable the corn is! Id never seen anything like it. The corn is textured so it feels good on her gums and doubles as a gum brush to keep her gums healthy. The green husks on the sides are nice handles for her to hold onto to put it in her mouth, but they are pretty thin so I do worry eventually theyll tear. Theres even a cute happy face on the front of the husk! So cute I bought one for my pregnant friends baby. The only downside of it is that its the type of material that makes it a virtual hair and lint magnet, so if you drop it on the floor at home, make sure to clean it and inspect if for hairs before giving it back to the baby.
