Greater than one weekI love this product. It protects my pup’s paw pads from frigid salty streets or steaming hot pavement. I apply it to my baby’s paws and they are protected and soft. Luv it!

> 3 dayI got this for my dogs nose, she has nasal arteritis and I am hoping to clear the ulceration and dry nose with bag balm. I am using it on my other dogs dry nose also. Bab balm has been known for years for its healing, softening properties, I hope it will help my dogs nose.

> 3 dayIve been asked by Amazon to rate this product again; Ill simply repeat my earlier review. The product has been around since 1897l Its amix of lanolin (thank you sheep) and petorlautum (thank you John D. Rockefeller). It just works. Ive used this product for years. I bought an 8 ounce tin of it from a feed store in dairy country in Washington State years ago. And years is how long an 8 ounce tin will last. When the soles of your feet are cracked and dry (a common occurrence in a Southern California late fall and early winter) you rub Bag Balm on them. Depending upon how bad your feet are, it may take several days and applications to get the job done. But it does get the job done. Kinda messy to apply--so I put it on, then put my sock over, wiping my hands on a towel--then on to the other foot, and finally get the bag balm off my hands with Boraxo and water. It was originally developed to ease chafing on dairy cow udders. But what the heck, its great for my feet as well. I figure at the rate I use it that four ounce tin ought to last me about 5 years. My wife uses it for her hands on occasion and has told her friends about it--and theyve bought the product.

> 3 dayI use this EVERY DAY and will continue to. My lack of transportation has made aware of the ease of online shopping. The hurry up and wait for this Vermont product to a Vermont address has me flustered and the in between delivery service is an inconvenience. It will arrive! It is worth the price!

> 3 dayWas recommended by some friends, to quickly heal small cuts, scrapes, etc.. We used to use J & J First Aid Cream and they discontinued that years ago. My wife got a small bite the other day. Put it on and by the next day it was much better. Hopefully it continues to work well for us.

16-12-2024I bought this for when I hand milked my cow years ago, now I use it for every little blemish, cut, sore skin you name it, it is magic stuff. Its like the dad in My Greek Wedding who swore Windex cured everything, well, Bag Balm really does! Every home should have a pot, its safe for everyone large or small. Not only do I use it for sore hands after working in the garden but for my dogs when they have fleas and a dozen other uses. I use it for skin rashes - brings immediate relief - bites, abrasions etc. I have pots all over the house in case I need it in a hurry, as I said, this is MAGIC stuff.
