Does the job if you can keep the filter clean. A more powerful battery could help but not necessary. Easy to clean filter using running water. Good for light duty and light weight portable vacuum.

I liked the fact that it uses the same battery as all the rest of my Black and Decker 20v Max tools and you can buy larger capacity batteries to extend run time.

I was waiting for Black and Decker to come up with a vacuum that would replace their 18volt. I like the replaceable batteries. This is lighter than their 18volt and does a great job of cleaning. Thank you Amazon for your gently used warehouse deals. I will always buy your used/new products. You do a good job of making sure they are in tip top condition.

Ive owned several B&D handhelds in the past and my biggest complaint has been the battery. They are not replaceable unless you want get into soldering on lithiums which can be dangerous if you not big into DIY. This problem has solved when they went to the 20v Max battery system. Without going into all of the reasons for using a cordless handheld this unit excels at all of them.

Its convenient to use but it lacks suction power. Im seriously considering returning this. The blower from the battery line is surprisingly very powerful (for my use case) but this vacuum isnt. Below mediocre.

This is a good hand held vacuum. My only drawback is the battery pack that rests on it vs a plug in.

This is a great vacuum. What makes it great is the battery pack that it uses. One battery can be used for the 20V Max line of products - from stick vacuum with a motorized brush that pulls pet hair out of carpet to small chain saws for yard duty to drills and jig saws you use in your shop. This dustbuster gets into places dustbusters are known for (small jobs, inside vehicles, places where you dont have an outlet, etc.) and has more suction than any Ive ever used. And if you have a problem or complaint, Ive found that Black & Decker associates will actually follow up on your call and make the problem right for you. That means a lot to me - in these days of bots and dead end email addresses.

Easy to open and clean, good suction. So glad to finally get this. I just leave attached one of my black and decker 20 volt batteries, 1.5 ah and charge or swap out as needed. Great for window sills, crumbs and thin pile of dust my swifter leaves behind. Just love it and how portable it is. I had an electric one years ago but did not use as much because it ran out of power often and had to go back on charger. This one is great!

Good and powerful, but not versatile. The only attachment is for getting into edges.
