Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens

Amazing lens, great price.

I was thinking whether to invest in 50mm F/1.4 but I am happy that my investment for F/1.8 is value for money. Excellent lens to capture portraits

En una cámara canon t6i te permite sacar fotos increíbles, el fondo distorsionado y el objetivo bien enfocado gracias a su F1.8 que en teoría deja pasar 4 veces mas luz que un f5, El motor stm es silencioso, pero no tanto como el 18-130mm stm de canon que este ultimo si es ultrasilencioso. Tengan en cuenta que 50mm en una camara crop como la t6i equivale a un 80mm en una camara de 35 mm o full frame como la 6d. 100% recomendado para fotos y en condiciones de poca luz, muy feliz por el precio que pague.

I viewed many reviews on Youtube about the niffy 50 or 50mm. If it sold for CAD $100 then maybe you could argue it is worth the money. I did not like the feel of the lens. It feels cheap and if it noisy. My immediate reaction was why is Canon putting out this product that serves to cheapen the brand.

Absolutely fantastic product. The shots I can take with this 50mm lens are incredible. The product is of a high quality, especially compared to its predecessor, the 50mm f/1.8 II, which almost felt like a toy due to its plastic body. Granted, there is quite the difference between this and a $1,000+ lens, you cannot beat the quality of this lens at this price point. It also doesnt hurt to have a lens in your collection that youre okay with breaking. Its a lot easier to replace a $100 lens than one that is $1,000.

Love this lens, it really takes your pictures to another level I think, the bokeh effect is great especially for portraits. I do have to stand quite far from my subjects sometimes as its a prime lens, but that was to be expected since I dont have a full frame camera, the quality is great! this is an amazing lens for the price!! I broke my L series lens while on assignment in Jordan. I really needed some thing cheap and Fast so I bought this 50mm lens at, at first i didnt think much about it because it was so cheap! I was amazed by its image quality, the fact that the images where sharp, and the bokeh was beautiful. This lens is a must have!!
