Love for its various medium uses

I really like this notebook, very sturdy paper, and good tooth. I also purchased an amazon basic drawing spiral pad and amazon basic sketch spiral pad....... If xl had a sturdy front and back cover like the amazon basic spiral drawing pad, I would give the xl rough mix media spiral book five stars. this is my third purchase of this notebook, both rough and smooth, and the only problem I have seen is that the spiral can work out easily and front cover can tear. the paper inside though is great and really can stand up to multiple layers and types of art supplies.

When I bought this mixed media drawing pad, I had absolutely NO idea that it was with rough texture. I wouldve preferred a smooth texture. You can still use it, but it will perform differently!

This is super sturdy paper that can be used in a bunch of different ways...was requested by the art teacher for art lessons at our studio! Had to buy a back-up because we go through them for so many different projects!

Sturdy cardboard cover lets you draw anywhere. Good quality paper. Small enough to fit in my sons backpack with all his books.

Seems to work for art journals. I use Gesso to prepare the pages.

Good heavy paper and perfect size for my art journal. Good place to sketch and practice color combinations for new watercolor paintings and greeting cards. Spiral binding helps the book stay open as Im working.
