I used this for notetaking in med school with my G2 pilot pens and its a great combo. No leak through or anything like that, it allows me to highlight multiple times and use markers without any kind of leak through. I would be warned to check the actual sizes of what you are buying, my sister had wanted the large size but seeing XL I was fooled but this size works just as well. Neither of us have any complaints

The cover is now cheap and flimsy my daughter likes to draw or paint on each one of her notebook covers and the poor quality of the cover they have started using makes this difficult I wish they would go back to the old cover

My teenage son needed a new sketch pad. He likes the size of this - its larger than most of his other sketch pads. The spiral wires on the side and gets in the way a little bit, but hes getting used to it. I usually buy ones with the spiral wire on the top. The paper is perfect for his pencil drawings. Hopefully this will last him a few months. Time will tell!

Exactly as described, this paper is durable, able to tolerate a lot of different mediums, and is overall good quality for the price.

Despite saying this is suitable for watercolor, it really performs poorly. Its almost as if there is a light coating that blocks absorption into the paper. I have to go over the area with multiple strokes for it to absorb.

Good paper , thick, picks up pencil well , little bit rough but I like it

Love this notebook for the price and quality. The paper es thick and lightly textured. As it’s intended for mix media it doesn’t hold well heavy washes nor many pases of watery brushes or watercolors. Sharpies may bleed trough. It’s a paper to use for one side only.

13 year old daughter loves these sketch books for her art

This paper is pretty nice. Great for mixed media projects. Ive even done light washes on this paper without buckling. You can feel a bit of tooth when you are drawing on it and I like that. The weight of the paper is a nice in between. Not light, has some weight to it. I bought 3 sizes for various projects 11x14, 9x12, 18x24

This is really quality paper. I can use water color, pastels, ink, marker, pencil, and chalks/graphites. I also love how its bound and I think the size is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that both myself and my 5 year old could use to do art in (I bought one for each of us) and this did not disappoint. I will definitely buy more of these when I need them in the future!
