I purchased this to replace a bag of similiar style and fabric. It comes very close, though the original, made by REACTION is better. The Reaction bag has better organization, quality inside lining and finish. The canvas fabric is virtually the same; the inside is lined with regular cotton cloth; whereas the Reaction bag is lined with rayon like fabric and trimmed. Like I said, the Reaction bag is much more polished, but all in all it is good enough. But this bag comes close and I am satisfied with it.

Very sturdy. My only wish to make it better would be a shoulder pad for comfort but it’s exactly what my daughter wanted and she uses it instead of a backpack for school.

The style, structure, and size of this bag is exactly what I was looking for, but it smells terrible. I washed it twice, sprayed febreeze all over it and it still has a persistent chemical odor. It smells sort of like a hair perm solution. I hope that smell goes away because otherwise the bag is great.

I needed a bag to take on a plane with me, where I could carry lots of folders and documents, a tablet, and still load in my handbag, reading book, water bottle and a few more items. This bag was perfect! Very sturdy, too. Strong magnets for closing the front flap. This is the one!

Good for a few books and a laptop but not much more, not that it cant hold it, more for saving your shoulder

I have used the same style plain canvas crossbody military bag for at least ten years now. I decided to try something new due to upcoming travel. I wanted a new backpack and a new big bag and decided to just combine the two a chose this bag. I hate the color. It isnt a true black, you can see this in the photos, no big deal....but everything else is very brown. Bleh. The canvas feels sturdy, but the cotton lining feels a little flimsy, and I kind of hate the padded pocket. All of these problems are very much me problems. I think I can doctor it up enough that Ill be in love with it at least a little bit. I also think breaking it in is going to make a big difference, so I might just make this an every day bag from now until my trip in 2 months. Im just hoping that if anything on this bag is going to fail, it will do it while I am reasonably close to home. I think I can make it work.
