> 3 dayThe wheel of the carry-on broke on the first use. This made my trip home very difficult. Super disappointed in the quality.

> 3 dayThe case is of cheep quality. I did not even get a chance to use it, as when I pulled it out of the shipping box it had several dents and the zipper was jammed . The wheels look like something off a childs toy and I imagine they would be easily damaged by baggage handlers. This must be a low budget samsonite model. there are other budget cases built better than this model. You are just paying for the name on this one.

> 3 dayDO NOT BUY THIS SUITCASE! It broke the first day I used it. I bought it in advance of a trip, and once I was traveling and it broke, the return window had closed, and the only recourse they suggested was to send me a replacement wheel. How could I receive it while on the road, and how could I replace it myself? I had to buy a replacement for another hefty price. What a ripoff.

> 3 dayThis review is for the Samsonite Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Black, Carry-On 20-Inch. This piece of luggage is the perfect size for a short trip or to carry on a jet. It is extremely lightweight for its size, but still very strong with it’s polycarbonate shell. The texture of the shell has a good pattern for hiding scratches. The spinner wheels roll and rotate very smoothly, and make it easy to navigate through the airport or hotels effortlessly. On the top there is also a very handy USB power port, which can connect to a battery (not included) contained within a pouch inside the bag. This makes it simple to get to extra battery power for your devices without having to open up and dig around inside your bag. Do be aware however that if you check the bag in for a flight, you will be required to remove the battery since it is not allowed per airline regulations.

> 3 dayThis baggage’s total linear parameter is 65 inches including wheels and handle that is over the airlines limitations 62 inches including wheels and handle. The airlines might charge you extra fee for over size baggage.

> 3 daySo far so good, on my first trip, bags are hard but not super firm, also finish can scratch but when it happens it is not super noticeable because of the material/texture.

> 3 dayI ordered a set of 3 Centric 2 suitcases. When I received the pack, the box looks terrible, and as I opened to see the suitcase, one wheel of the largest suitcase was broken. The other two smaller suitcases are OK. I was so disappointed to see this.
