Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinners, True Navy, Checked-Large 28-Inch

My job requires a lot of travel, over 200 days a year. I spent $$$ on this set and had it delivered to the hotel where I was staying. Right away, I found that the lining of the carry on piece was sewn in backwards. In order to open it without half the contents falling out you have to lay it down with the extendable handle up. That piece also has no handle on the long side. The larger pieces have no zipper pocket inside along the hinge side. The wheels are small and dont roll easily. Overall, very disappointing. Ive used them for 6 months and looking into replacing them already, but no Samsonite ever again for me.

Within one use the handle is dented and now malfunctions. And it’s just past the return period. I’d like a refund!

I’ve owned many of these sets over the years and it’s nice to see that Samsonite is continuing to make high quality products. My old set I’ve owned for over 8 years and if it wasn’t for all the scratches from use I’d still be using them. They can really take a beating and unlike other brands they don’t fail. This latest addition to my travel kit is perfect. Thank you Smasonite!!

I was please at how light & easy to roll this luggage was!

We needed a nice large suitcase for our family. This one has held up nicely. There are some scratches but that’s to be expected with travel. Overall great bag.

Have been on several flights since I purchased this bag, I would not have expected it to fail like this. Its actually cracked at the top adjacent to the handle. Anyone know how to file a warranty claim? Thought Samsonites were better than this. Maybe I got a bad one?? Aside from that the bag is great, just isnt lasting near as long as I would have expected. Still have a beat up off name brand thats still in one peace unlike this much more expensive one that failed in less than a year of use.
