I was not a fan of this monitor at all. I even wrote a bad review. Their customer service contacted me as soon as the bad review was live. They begged me to allow them to make it up to me. I agreed and they went above and beyond to take care of the issue. They sent me a new monitor that was very well packaged and works great! Right out of the box I hooked it up and it works beautifully. I guess the first one was a 1 in 1000 defective unit or something. Really great company and amazing customer service!

I have had this for a week or so and can’t speak to its longevity but it’s been so nice to take into work and have an extra monitor to work off of. It’s easy to hookup, isn’t cumbersome to travel with, and has great clarity. Recommend!!

I use this as a portable second monitor when I bring my laptop on trips. Picture is great and the protective cover serves as a stand as well which helps with convenience on the road. Very slim and lightweight for ease when traveling.

I ordered the monitor for travel so I can have two to work with. When the monitor first arrived I couldnt get it to work, so I wrote customer service they had me take a picture of my surface pro and determined that I needed an adapter cable, which they sent me immediately free of charge. Everything worked as expected until I tried to watch some streaming TV on the monitor. When watching I was getting little flashes of light, which was annoying. I wrote customer service again, immediately they diagnosed the problem as a bad cable, and sent one out and it fixed the issue. Customer service has been friendly, helpful, professional and prompt. I couldnt ask for more. Overall I am a very happy customer.
