Greater than one weekI am using this monitor with my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017), and it worked right out of the box. I am using it with the USB type c to type c cable and it worked right out of the box. I did not have to use any other cable to power up or connect the monitor to the MacBook.

> 3 dayAfter spending far too long comparing portable monitors on Amazon than I care to admit, I am so glad that I settled on this one. First off, the monitor was packaged beautifully and included step-by-step instructions for both Windows and Mac, and both USB-C or HDMI+USB connectivity. It covered all the bases. All of the cables you could possibly need, for either mode of connection, are included; most of the other monitors I found on Amazon sneakily did not include a necessary cable.
