> 3 dayThese were a gift to my son. He thoroughly enjoys using them, the way they flow, blendability, and I think that because they are reusable, they are a good value for the money.

> 3 dayI bought these for my teen budding artist. She is very frugal and didn’t want to use them everyday until I proved to her how cheap refills were now she uses them everyday! They are her favorite! She loves this mix of colors (skin tones) and how smoothly they blend. She used them everyday for 6months before we had to refill the first one. I will definitely be adding more to her collection!

> 3 dayThey are grate but when I used the copper it leaked out everywhere messing up everything I thought it my fault at first thinking I pressed down to hard so I redone it and well the same thing happened again.. I’m honestly not so sure about the copper it might have been me doing something wrong but just a warning?.. (the other ones did amazingly)

> 3 dayIf youre a fan of Copic markers, then you know these things are the best. My granddaughter loves them and uses them. She has a wish list for the next group at all times. This is a great starter collection because youll always need skin colors. Theyre not cheap, but they are worth the extra because they last longer. Be sure and store them horizontally.

> 3 dayBeing a newcomer to Copic markers, I wasnt entirely sure what to expect. Many artists I admire use Copics for coloring their drawings, so I decided to give them a shot. Needless to say, they fulfilled and even surpassed my expectations! Copic markers are often criticized for their high price tags, retailing from around five to eight USD, but upon receiving them, I understood why they retail at this price. They are incredibly high-quality markers, and some of the best for blending. Since Copics are alcohol-based, you are able to use them to layer your coloring more without worrying about tearing the paper. Personally, I much prefer the look of alcohol-based markers over other markers such as dye or water-based markers. The colors appear vibrant and beautiful on the page and compliment any drawing wonderfully. Copics, when used properly, should last you a fairly long time. Once the ink has run out, Copic offers replacement ink refillers which is a great alternative to being forced to buy many new markers. I have not yet had to refill my markers so I cant say how well this works from personal experience, but Ive heard from others that refilling Copics is an easy and rewarding process. There are a few things beginners like me should be wary of when using Copics, however. As with any other marker, there is always the possibility of smudging your lineart if youre like me and tend to ink a sketch before coloring it. This can also unfortunately apply to pencil eraser smudges; I have often had eraser smudges appear much more visibly on my coloring with them being near-impossible to remove. A great way to avoid this is photocopying a high-quality scan your lineart and instead coloring the scan to avoid the risk of messing up the original. If youre a beginner to using Copics, the skin tone pack is a great place to start your collection. If you tend to draw characters or portraits, skin tones will definitely be a necessity. This is where I started my Copic collection, and the high quality of the skin tone pack impressed me enough to add many more Copics to my collection since. In conclusion, if you have interest in finding a good marker, these are a great, albeit pricey choice. If youre on-the-fence about purchasing these markers, you might find it a better option to purchase one color individually to make sure you enjoy them before wasting your money on a product you dont enjoy. Many stores such as Micheals allow you to test the marker on a piece of scrap paper before buying it. If you do feel confident about buying these markers, however, I say go for it! Their high quality and long-lasting color is well worth the price.
