Lo tuve q cambiar una vez porque de la primera caída se partió la tapa de botar la basura,luego el q me enviaron,se me volvió a resbalar y de una,se partió de nuevo,es muy sensible,buen vacumm,pero estoy segura q a cualquier persona q se le caiga se partirá igual,no debería ser tan sensible

The product itself is great love the 3 diffrent suction settings!!! Great for rugs!!! But the battery life is not great, about 15 mins is all I get! Its frustrating that I cant do the entire house, and I have a one story ranch style, small. I would give it a 5 stars if the battery was better!

There is a button on handle that is metal that creates a terrible static electricity shock that does not stop. I’ve contacted the manufacturer with no response. It’s unfortunate because it works well but not worth the painful shocking that goes with it

Very powerful vacuum cleaner. It is my first time to use cordless vacuum cleaner. I can use it to clean my carpet and even my car. The battery can last about 45 minutes at the low speed mode and less than 30 minutes if I use the turbo mode. I like the turbo mode a lot. It was so powerful and all the hair on the carpet could be cleaned. The LED light was awesome.

So this is a nifty little vacuum. However, when using it to vacuum the floor, it gives me little static shocks constantly everytime I touch any metal parts on the vacuum. I have encountered static shocks from other machines vacuuming carpets, but with this machine, it happens on bare floors. Meh.

If you want to get electric shocks while vacuuming and charge the battery every 10 min this is the one for you

Returning this. It holds a full charge for 5 minutes and the battery gets very hot during the 5 minutes I was able to use it. To me that is a safety hazard. The suction was great while it did work. Perhaps I got a malfunctioned product.
