> 3 dayThis thing is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. It also had great suction power. The issue I had was that Ive got two medium-hair dogs who often shed in clumps. The canister isnt small, and can suck up a decent amount of dirt and single hairs, but when clumpier stuff starts coming through it quickly fills the canister and takes some digging to get it empty so you can continue.

> 3 dayThis vacuum worked well 3x and now it is useless. The vacuum overheats in about 5 mins. In addition, it spits out most of what you vacuum requiring you to revacuim it over and over. I have done everything..cleaned it out, in sliders bristles. Nothing improved it. A complete waste of time and money, buy a brand you can trust.

> 3 dayDo not buy, we had ours 2 months and 2 weeks really liked the product. We used it maybe twice a week for small clean up jobs. The battery life is good not great, so after each use we would put it on the charger. My wife tried to use it one day and it keeps shutting off, if you take the beater brush off it is fine but when reinstalled it immediately shuts down with the red brush bar trouble light Illuminated. If you take the brush out and clean it, which was not necessary and reinstall it same thing happens. If you take the brush out and leave it out and run the vacuum it does the same thing shuts off immediately. Through several times of trying to see what the problem was found that the motor in the brush bar head is getting so hot and stays hot for a very long time even with a small Trial run. Conclusion is that the motor is overheating and shutting down the vacuum rendering it useless. When I called Amazon they said there’s nothing they could do to help me since it’s been over a month tried calling the seller and they run you through a few hoops only to hang up on you when you dial the operator or you get a busy signal.

> 3 dayNice vacuum and great value. Very light weight easy to move around. My wife wanted a lighter vacuum because she is pregnant but I like it so much she hasnt had a chance to use it. It has multiple power levels that provide more suction when you need it. The battery charges quickly and lasts long enough to do my entire house and then some. Wish I had bought it sooner, chores wouldnt have been so much like work.

> 3 dayWe have been using this vacuum for 3 weeks now. So far we really like it. It is very light to carry around the house. With its flexible head, it can easily reach the hard to clean area under the furnitures. We have both hard wood floor and marble floors in our house. This cordless vacuum works well on both floors with strong suction power so it does a great job in getting the floors cleaned. I also like the long battery time. My previous vacuum’s battery only lasted 10-15 minutes so I often had to charge before I could finish vacuum the whole house. But with this vacuum, the battery time is 60 minutes!

> 3 dayThere is a button on handle that is metal that creates a terrible static electricity shock that does not stop. I’ve contacted the manufacturer with no response. It’s unfortunate because it works well but not worth the painful shocking that goes with it

> 3 dayUpdate! Shunzao replied but did not do anything to resolve the problem with my broken vacuum! I they asked how they could help.... but gave no opportunity for a reply. Their customer service is a joke and their warrantee is worthless! DO NOT BUY! Total waste of a lot of $$$$ (It was $169 when I got it). It worked well at first, but does not stand in an upright position when stored. It keeps falling over and, finally the end cap was lost and the housing is separating from the rest of the machine. We found the end cap under a cabinet where it had slid. Im sure there are directions somewhere that would tell us how to put it back together, but at the moment it is a useless, expensive toy! If anyone can help ... please do!

> 3 dayI bought this cordless vacuum in July and have been using it almost on a daily basis ever since. I love its maneuverability, crevice tools, and the light at the front, as well as the three different suction levels. I had two Dysons for a while before that but felt the battery gave out much to quickly (I even replaced the battery and that one died fairly quickly as well). One thing to get used to is that the battery pack on this one must be removed from the vacuum in order to charge it, but that was easy to get used to. I was so pleased with my new vacuum that I bought a second one a few weeks later for my parents to use. The dust cup would not stay latched closed so I requested a replacement directly from the company as the return window with Amazon had passed. Their customer service department was very responsive and I had a replacement vacuum within a week. I would highly recommend this product as well as their customer service.
