For the price paid, this vacuum is great for its size, suction power and weight. Very happy with the purchase and make it easy to clean hard to reach places.

Awkward to hold. Seemed off balanced and easily dropped.

I can not give thus product a good recommendation. The battery life is horrible. The battery has to be recharged after approximately 10 minutes of use. The canister is very messy to empty. It is a poorly designed vacuum.

Good and powerful but you will need an extra battery for back up.

Owner of a single cat in a small apartment. This is great for cat litter and hairs on hard surfaces. When using on carpet it does not have another power and bristle strength to clean dirt out of eye site. It is however lightweight and quiet. If you’re looking for an alternative to a Dyson, this is NOT it. EDIT: incredible customer service!

It picks up easily, very easy to empty, charge, works good on rugs and laminate, handle is a little heavy because of the battery but I am very happy with my purchase

So in the beginning(the first 3 of the 5days I was able to use it) it was FABULOUS! I told everyone about it! Raved about it. Was blown away! Very powerful suction. every inch of dirt and pet hair in its path was gone! I couldn’t have asked for a better working machine! Then it happened…. One day the battery started getting hot, HOT! And there was zero suction! I took it apart completely , there were no blockages! Everything was the way it should be , battery 100%charged! … still nothing! So as bad as I absolutely hated to. I sent it back! I simply cannot find one powerful and agile to work for me!! Wondering if one even exists!????

this Vacuum Cleaner is very easy to use and I like the wireless part is make so wonderful and can clean everywhere very well.also this does not make too much noise like my old one ,it is very useful
