Product was awesome the first 3 weeks of having it ..but, after a while I noticed the suction wasn’t as efficient from when I first received the product. I was lucky enough to be able to return it since I was still in the return window. Overall the vacuum was great I just didn’t expect it to have issue seeing how expensive the vaccum was.

I went back and forth with giving 4 or 5 stars… if you have a pet free home this is definitely for you. I have 4 pets and a toddler so this is perfect for a quick sweep. It picks up a lot of the pet hair in between using my regular vacuum. BUT this could never be the main/only vacuum in my home. I will also note I have hardwood and area rugs — so I am not sure how it would be on carpet. Can’t beat the convenience though!

Owner of a single cat in a small apartment. This is great for cat litter and hairs on hard surfaces. When using on carpet it does not have another power and bristle strength to clean dirt out of eye site. It is however lightweight and quiet. If you’re looking for an alternative to a Dyson, this is NOT it. EDIT: incredible customer service!

I wish this had a little more suction power, but I’m really happy with what this little guy can do around the house. Super convenient to whip it out to clean up crumbs on the kitchen floor and not have to pull out the big vacuum. Could definitely be the primary vacuum for a small house or apartment with all hard surfaces. Lacks that deep clean feel on carpets, but still gets the job done.

It picks up easily, very easy to empty, charge, works good on rugs and laminate, handle is a little heavy because of the battery but I am very happy with my purchase

Roller doesn’t seem to agitate the carpet enough. Suction is decent, but the maneuverability is not that great. I prefer my shark cannister over this unit which is corded. This unit being cordless sold me but was underwhelming.

Love the mobility of this vacuum ,it’s everything I wanted and I’m really enjoying this purchase
