Installed this in my father in laws laptop. He was on the verge of getting rid of it when the hard disk started to die. This breathed new life into the laptop and made it into a perfectly usable machine again.

I bought two Crucial 240 gb ssds and installed them effortlessly in two separate home computers. The first install required phone contact with Crucial support to get started and for tips such as partitioning a larger capacity old hard drive for cloning to a smaller capacity new ssd. Crucial support was customer friendly and very helpful. Free software worked easily. I would recommend this product and support. It sure speeds up the computer.
