I’m not a super techy person when it comes to back-end computer drive setup, so I called the customer support listed on the Amazon page and they helped me get this up and running in less than 10 minutes. I’m using it as an external drive by popping it into a case. When I first popped it in the external case, my PC didn’t recognize it but it was simply a matter of getting it formatted correctly. Once it’s formatted, it works just like a regular drive where I can add photos etc. I am on Windows 10.
