This was a good price I think and works fine now. It comes with no ability to connect to the internet. No big deal if you happen to be able to use another device to go to the Dell site, download what you need on a thumb drive and upload to this computer. I did not and had to get a buddy that lives about 30 miles away to do it (I live rurally). Now, why isnt tjat done at the factory?

For the price, it is an amazing little latop!! Love the size and the capacity, ram and storage!! Its great for working from home, in the park or in the office or in the airport. Its Perfect! Came in a box that had rough handling. One corner was crushed! The contents was not secure. No padding in the outside box. The original box with the laptop inside was fine. The computer was not damaged. I have had Dell before and the great workmanship is still awesome.

No USB-c port which is critical in various operations

The laptop is a piece of crap. It will not allow you to even put your emails on the laptop, nor on the desktop as a shortcut it just keeps saying error. I’ve tried every single available suggestion, and nothing works! I would not recommend!

This laptop is ok for basic computer needs - mine didnt come with backlit keyboard or touch screen. The keypad buttons are small, flat not raised and a different layout which makes it hard to tell which keys are what. Which I dont really like - I have to keep looking at the keys to see what to press. For example the delete and power button is real small up top with the F-key functions. And I dont like the S mode it came in - it will only let you use Microsoft edge and not let you download any other browsers and a lot of the admin functions are disabled with S mode so you cant make any changes to customize what you want on the computer. Cant say Im a fan based on other Dell laptops Ive had they keyboard alone is annoying.

Very very happy with this unit. Very fast and reliable.

When it works it’s good but having to constantly reset it and uninstall updates is a pain not worth buying it

Received my laptop today on time and boxed securely at my door. I was eager to open the box and start using my new computer. However, the system was extremely slow and had difficulty connecting and downloading. I spent most of this evening trying to figure out was the issue was. This was a total disappointment. I not satisfied whatsoever

great unit, my only problem, when did high dollar items just get left in front of door, and you dont have to sign for it, seems kinda weird if you ask me. If I didnt have to leave and go to er, I would have never knew about it.
