Battery life is good so far. It works great and is fast. Found cheaper here than at dell.com. Would definitely recommend.

I use it for general use but I would not buy a Dell again Support told me that it is a software issue that is not covered by my warranty. That is unacceptable- I just purchased it in October--5 months ago!

Not all features expected do nor like Microsoft run computers

This computer is being used in our church food pantry. So far it has worked pretty well. I bought this one because a computer savvy gentleman went over what we needed and went to Amazon and said this is the one you should get. So we bought it

S Mode takes some getting used to and has trouble installing updates

This was a good price I think and works fine now. It comes with no ability to connect to the internet. No big deal if you happen to be able to use another device to go to the Dell site, download what you need on a thumb drive and upload to this computer. I did not and had to get a buddy that lives about 30 miles away to do it (I live rurally). Now, why isnt tjat done at the factory?

Great computer for the money. What I wish it had (that i meant to look for and did not look for) was a backlit keyboard and a built in camera block slide. Other than that it is great. Quick, easy to set up, huge hard drive. Will do everything I need it to do.

The browser (Microsoft Edge) is broken, and you cant install it from Microsoft store.

Received an 5w AC power adapter has been detected the system can only boot with a 65W power adapter or greater this will increase the time to charge the battery.
