Its not a $300 vacuum cleaner but it definitely gets the job done. I live in a small space that is partially carpeted and tiled. Comes with all attachments and easy to empty canister. Happy with this purchase

Inside the box is a note, dont need to go back to store. If not thrilled ,well make it right. This vacuum does not do well on thick pile. I reported it wants to nosedive into the pile and I have to lower the handle almost all the way to the floor to keep it going. The response was pretty much, you do have to go back to the store and get a better one with adjustable height. Works good otherwise. I paid $50. at Amazon, then saw it at Walmart for $44.

Suction is good however vacuum is difficult to push on even low pile carpet and height cannot be manually adjusted. Please note instructions say to secure bolt onto screw for top assembly, however this model no longer comes with a bolt, it must be screwed in after placement. Customer service was very nice pointing this out but they could have changed the instructions in the manual.

This vacuum may be good for people with less mess, but it’s not compatible with my household. I have a dog and a cat, so maybe too much fur or something. I have had this vacuum for a little less than a year now, and it only worked well the 1st 2 months. The attachments and suction hose never worked, and it’s now time to replace it. So, I’m not really impressed. The shelf life isn’t long

Purchased this vacuum just recently. I have a small apartment (hard wood floors) and thought it would be just what I needed. It is light weight and compact and has a good suction. However, because it is so light weight, it tends to tip over a lot. Also, the hose that is used for the attachments is very stiff and doesnt reach far causing the vacuum to slide around. Also (and I could be doing something wrong) when the vacuum is in operation, the air vent tends to blow air into my face. Not sure whats going on there. This is my first experience with a vacuum with filters. I think I prefer the bag and would rather not have to wash the filter every time I vacuum. I guess its okay for the money, but you get what you pay for so I wouldnt expect to be thrilled.

This is a perfect vacuum for an apartment. Great suction. Works well on both carpet and bare floors.
