You can make endless subfolders to organize and have whatever you need at the touch of a button or two. You can launch any app, go to any webpage, utilize tons of different recording softwares, and use their custom widgets. You can even customize how the icons look on the device with your own image file. Im surprised how easily you can cram whatever you want on the mini version when they charge over twice the price for a larger version of this.

Purchased this for use with our church livestream. We use it with bitfocus companion and can now control our ptzs and obs with ease

Of course this product is marketed towards streamers, however, the Stream Deck is capable of much more than stream assistance.

12/22 Update - nested folders have arrived. Upgrading stars to Chuck Norris status.

This product is excellent for productivity whether for streaming or as a separate macro board, well-worth its price tag.

If support ever gets this thing going I will update my review, but for now I will say this thing is not working on my M1 MacBook Pro. The power light just flickers. It seems that this guy draws more power than the average USB component. Many modern laptops (like mine) are standardizing on USB-C. Streamdesk is USB-A only. It does not like dongles. Some work, some dont. I have yet to find one that does. Support is looking into it

So disappointed after getting this product and learned when trying to install the software that it is only compatible with Windows 10. Thanks Elgato! More like Elgotno! I will be returning this and looking for an alternative. I will not be switching to Windows 10 just to run stream deck.
