Elite Montessori Coin Box with Thicker Coins

I wanted to buy this for an age, but was worried the coins would be a choking hazard. They are not. My kiddo is only 20 months, and the coins are large and very sturdy, even in my adult hand. My kiddo loves this toy, and I can see him using it for other purposes, like a desk drawer organizer, when he is older. It is just very well made. Worth it!

Great quality. Sustains 13 month olds attention

My ten month old loves this toy. He has figured out how to insert the coins into the the hole. Despite us losing a few coins we reached out and the customer service to order some more and the experience was nothing less than spectacular.

We lost the coins and knob to ours so I ordered a replacement. This new version isn’t nearly as good. The coins are huge and the slot on top is gigantic. The old one actually required my special needs toddler to use her fine motor skills to manipulate the coin into the slot. Her occupational therapist was thrilled with it. This one requires virtually no effort. It doesn’t serve the purpose the other one did. I’m not sure why they changed it, the coins were not a choking hazard (they don’t fit in a toilet paper tube which is larger than a choking hazard tester). Please bring back the old version or at least let me know where I can get one!

My 10 month old loves this toy! It is very good quality and should last through many children. The coins are large enough that I’m not worried he’ll choke, but I obviously never leave him unsupervised during play time. They are about 1.5” wide. It is made of smooth wood and I do not smell any odors at all. The drawer comes out all the way, which I feel is safer than if it didn’t. He loves pulling the drawer all the way out and seems quite pleased with himself to accomplish such a task. He has not yet put the coins inside the slot by himself, but he loves checking for them inside after I put in each coin. We spend a very good amount of time with this toy everyday, and I forsee he will enjoy it even more as he matures.

This Montessori toy is awesome. Little one loves to play with it and can keep him busy for a little bit.

Really nice product but the coins are dangerous. Not for kids under 3 for sure coin fits in toddler size mouth!

A true montessori toy and my 15 month old grandson absolutely loves it.
