Exactly what I expected and wanted. Fit as described.

I have several styles of the Empire registers and like the more ornate ones. This ones looks so good. Its not too busy if you are afraid of that. The coloring is just right and the air flows through nicely. It fits perfectly. It is a medium weight.I have tried others in a heavier weight in this same price point.Thats the only reason I dinged off half a star. Its pretty and does a great job but is a little pricey.

The top part is metal but the flaps inside are plastic and break easily. Be careful.

Very easy to replace and wanted something aside from the normal drab vents. This does this trick and adds a little bit of fancy to the room.

The top and bottom, both parts are metal and are very solid, can easily withstand everyday life or being stepped on. The product is very well made. Talk about simple installation, just open the pack and it drops right in place, there is no need of any screws. I was impressed by the quality of the product itself. It does have vents you can open/close for flow of air. Much nicer than the picture and well worth the cost. There are no rough edges. It is perfectly levelled so it sits flat without any gaps. I will definitely be looking to replace a few more of these in my home.

I love these so much! I didnt realize how much they would change the look of my bathrooms, but they sure did! They are very elegant.

The vents arrived in a timely manner and went right into place. The sizes were spot on. The metal feels sturdy, and they finish is nice and even between the multiple products we ordered. The mechanism to open and close the vent functions as it should and is not too loose as to have the vent close unintentionally.

These registers are very well made and heavy duty. One of those items you dont realize you need until you get them upgraded. Highly recommend

A vent cover is just something that you use to cover the vent holes in your floor. There are some that are rather flimsy. These are nothing like that.
