Works flawlessly! Installed in the metal breaker box to turn my pool light on/off with Alexa. No issues connecting to WiFi and uses the Smart Life app I use for numerous other devices around the house. Recommended!

I have installed these units in my vacation home window AC units. I am able to control these devices from 10,000 miles away. Highly recommended

Functions perfectly so far...But it is to big for a standard US wall switch junction box if you want to keep the original manual switch in place as I did. I had to use a hole saw to make a 2 cut out in the box in order for it to fit.

Had to try several times to get it to hook up to my Wi-Fi but finally got it working. So far, seems to be stable and works with the App and Alexa.

I originally bought these to set up an IFTTT routine, when I turn on one switch two of these come on as well. This work GREAT for almost two years. Now SmartThings (the software that controls the switch) has decided to no longer work with IFTTT, their help section says; Were sorry we are no longer working with IFTTT, please use our ap instead and you cant add external devices.... Smart devices are supposed to work TOGETHER that is the whole idea of connected home! Great switch RUBBISH company!

I bought these to install in place of (non existent) physical switches that an electrician said would cost $200 each to put in. Took a bit of manual labor, cutting conduit and splicing wires, but all is good, and they work like a charm! I dont understand why some people say the instructions arent very good. I followed the instructions, and got it set up and running the first attempt. Maybe its because I already was familiar with the smart life app? I dont know. But dont let those reviews sway your decision. Theyre easy to set up, and work great. Oh, and I didnt have any issue with my dual band router. I did not have to set up a guest network, or shut down the 5Ghz side or anything. Just plain easy and strait forward setup.

Requires 3rd party software and still would not pair with any router or network setup I tried. After my fourth attempt, I told Alexa to start a return on this item.

I am not quite sure what they mean warmth and sheerness that they ask to you to evaluate/rate. ??? The reason I like them is that they are an easy unit to use and wire into a device that needs control, and can be controlled by Alexa or a phone very easily. Such as... I added a fan in the garage above the garage door opener to control heat movement from an electric garage heater I added. The pull switch would have been a nuisance. I mounted one of these babies in the cord set going to the garage door opener outlet and now I can say Alexa turn on garage fan anywhere in the house. So cool. I have also used these to make short Wifi extension cords. These are easy to make. You take a flat plug extension cord with two wires, (unplugged of course), cut it, cut it to length, strip 3/8 or so on each of the four wire ends and plug the stripped wires into the four connector blocks provided. Make sure you have the wall side of the cord with the plug go into the IN side of the unit and the 1, 2 or 3 outlet side of the cord go into the OUT side of the unit. You now have a Wifi extension cord. Why you ask? You could use a Wifi module and put it into the outlet and plug your device into it. But on some circumstances where you have furniture that needs to fit up against a wall, the extra module and plug pushes the furniture away from the wall. This works very nicely.
