Evergreen CECOMINOD073162 GE • Genteq 1/3 HP 230 Volt Replacement X-13 Furnace Blower Motor

OEM Payne 1/3 HP blower went out, A/C service tech diagnosed the issue quoted $1200 for the replacement from Carrier. Took a chance on this unit, its not listed as a direct replacement on Genteqs website. The only difference I found was that the shaft is an inch longer. The unit was easy to install and per the instructions upon startup it figures out which direction to spin. It works as it should all the connections in my case were the same, plug and play. I cant speak on reliability or longevity, but for the cost well worth it.

This was a plug and play replacement for my air handler motor in my 1.5 ton Rheem. Works great! My original motor was hooked to the T5 speed connector so I hooked this up the same and it blows alot harder than my original motor. Not sure if I can move it to the T4 and it will slow it down a little and will work in that mode or is the Inverter set up for the T5 only? It blows really hard. Buy very very happy so far.

Received 3 days sooner than expected. Perfect fit. Was able to do a simple plug and use install for my fiend by using harness from old motor(carrier electric furnace) Good price. Didnt use or need tech support but the info provide with the motor was excellent. Im sure I will try this company for future products Three different furnace repair companies quoted them $450.00 without even seeing it. Fixed for under $225.00. How could they NOT be happy????? Well documented. Comes with speed selection harness & a generous handful of insulated spade lugs to add to your toolkit. While the color code for the Evergreen wiring is different, I found the motor to be plug & play compatible with my old Genteq harness. I only needed the second of five possible speeds to balance the system. Also, the motor automatically senses and adjusts the rotation direction for your blower at startup.
