> 3 dayI had been wanting this PSU for some years now, but it was always expensive, 600 dollars +, or it was always sold out, so seeing it for half the price was a no-brainer. My previous PSU was a Seasonic TX-1000 and it did the job to some point, but sometimes I did notice my system peripherals were getting dim or laggy. This was a problem when I had my old PSU that was rated lower wattage for the system I had, also with next-gen GPUs and CPUs claiming to be power-hungry this was the perfect time to buy. Seasonic makes really nice PSUs and is impressive in terms of reliability, but when I opened up the 1600 EVGA box, the premium level far exceeded anything I had ever bought from Seasonic.

Greater than one weekI got 2 weeks of use out of the power supply that I bought. After reading the reviews I thought, maybe my power supply wont fail like all the other reviews. I was wrong and consider yourself warned. This power supply is hot garbage and died literally 2 weeks after I bought it. Thankfully it didnt damage any of my expensive components. I will be returning this tiny bomb as soon as I can. Not a good value for your money, save your time and buy something else.

> 3 dayThis was my first EVGA PSU. I dont like the cables bundled on mine. Some pins are detached from the connectors, its easy to fix. Also Im having a hard time plugging and unplugging those connectors either on my motherboard or my gpu especially on that mobo 24 pins; its a very tight fit. I dont like using excessive force on my components.

> 3 dayI installed the power supply as directed in their instructions. Flipped the on switch, and it sent a lightning bolt through all my GPUs and motherboard. Tried to work with their customer support to make this right, but they said it wasnt their fault, so I am out all of the components their faulty hardware destroyed. They are sending me a replacement but why would I use their power supply in a system twice? I dont trust the product anymore. After talking to more people in the PC component community, they are urging me to stay away from EVGA models above 1000. So if you have a beautiful computer you use for work or gaming and need more power, I would be really hesitant about getting the EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 T2.

> 3 dayBuilding a monster computer, 128 GB memory, 8 hard drives, liquid cooling for CPU and video card. with literally 12 fans in the case. Lots of components end up needing lots of available power, and this power supply is a BEAST, AND it is fully modular. 1600 watts of power will give me ample power for all of the components in this new computer build, and the flexibility of being fully modular means that I can plug in the EXACT number and configuration of power connectors that I need for my custom built computer and all of the components. EVGA makes SUPER high quality components, and this power supply is the best one I have ever purchased.
