This is my first heat press! I was very skeptical because of the negative reviews but I will tell you this I love this heat press it’s got even heat across the plate it’s sturdy and I just love my sublimation came out great with this press! It’s worth every penny. I did how ever get a 3 year protection plan cause I wasn’t taking any chances so if something happens down the line my press is covered

I read the reviews before buying and I like my press. Once I learned more I got an even larger one. Priced right and I didnt have to wait months for it to come as others have said they did with other companies. If you plan to do large items go for a larger size one instead. This size 15×15 fits an adult x large good but any size over you may not have enough room for your image. Only issue I have is putting my items on the press without burning my hands because the lid only goes up so far. Wish they had a pull out one.

It makes nice shirts.

Great product. My only complaint would be the instructions are not in very good English. I was able to figure it out however they did not list in the directions to use the cover between heat press and vinyl/item.

Do Not I repeat Do Not Purchase this heat press! I was in the middle of a huge job my heat press went completely out! I spoke to KEVIN 415-325-5598 with Company Name: JRFOTO INC whom I bought this product from regarding my issue this fool asked me if the light was on, I had already told him twice the machine was completely off, not working, and unable to turn on. Since I informed him that the machine was completely off because it “went out” I’m thinking how could the light be on if I told you the machine was off and not working. I informed KEVIN that I could not find the reset button he then proceeds to tell me, it “MIGHT” be the on and off switch and that I’d have to purchase one to see. I then asked him how he came up with that solution and what if it’s not, since he said “MIGHT”. He then proceeds to state he deals with this issue daily. Because I felt his assessment was premature because he never asked me any additional questions, I asked him if there were other ways I could troubleshoot this issue with him on the line. KEVIN then proceeds to start yelling and stating that he does not understand why I’m challenging him. This FOOL then hangs up the phone on me obviously did not care to resolve the issue. LISTEN I Repeat DO NOT, DO NOT Purchase this Item from this company. Purchase this item from a large retail store or the maker instead!

Works great for HTV and other materials

When I received the heat press there was a yellow hard substance on the front of the bottom plate. Not sure if it is glue or what it is. Also there is a good size indent beside where the glue is. I have yet to use. Deciding whether to return it or not.

Love it! I have burned my self a little when I was in a rush and not paying attention, totally my fault. Works amazing and I don’t know how I ever lived without it. I use it daily and it’s been amazing.

I’ve had this heat press since April of 2020 and I’ve made hundreds of shirts with it with no problem. I mainly do sublimation but I’ve done quite a bit of htv and screen print shirts as well and they always turn out great. I’ve made stickers, lighter covers, pictures and other things with it as well. It is pretty hard to close with the pressure tight for screen prints but I don’t have mine screwed to a base and it moves if I push too much. I’m sure mounting it to a sturdy base would make it a little easier to close though. I highly recommend this heat press for anyone looking to make shirts and other things.

The heat press is fairly easy to use. The arm requires a bit of strength to lock it into place. I’m very disappointed because I haven’t even had it for 30 days yet, used it 5 or 6 times and the coating is already peeling off of the hot plate. It’s just continuing to get worse with each use.
