So at first, I was really excited to get this out and start using it! It works pretty good although alot of the time I have to do 2-5 presses even though its set for the same temp and time that each thing is suppose to be done by! Its sadly starting to peel the protective stuff off that is on top! Its also not that easy to open our close! I thought with it being my first heat press maybe I would get used to it and it would become easier.. well I bought it in April and now we are in October!! I regret getting this one and not the one I originally wanted!

    Greater than one week

When I purchased this I thought it sounded like the best deal for my money. It is very heavy (which is fine-its supposed to be) but lifting the handle up was very difficult and still kind of is unless I brace my other hand on the base. Even if I loosen the pressure on the handle to make it easier to lift it either doesnt lock or doesnt put enough pressure for the vinyl to stick. Also, I wish I would have bought a swing-away heat press instead. My desk with my heat press is hip-high so it is sometimes difficult to get under the top to lay shirts straight. Its different from the product picture but mostly the same so not that big of a deal, but I also chose this one because its blue and mine was not blue. Also, Ive had issues with the entire plate not heating up as if there are cold spots. The edges seem to heat up correctly but dead center doesnt get as hot. So normally I just bump up the temp ALOT higher than what the vinyl calls for and for a longer time to get good application. Overall, I wish I could return and get something different, but Im happy with it for now.

Ive been able to get my htv needs met by this heat press about 40% of the time. Ive watched videos upon videos and have tried many different materials to try and get this to work better but the only thing I can come up with is that the heat press does not have an even heat. I have to re-press shirts after 15-20 heat presses at 305-315 degrees multiple times because my vinyl is constantly lifting and not pressing right. I have changed from Cricut vinyl to legit licensed easy siser weed vinyl. My shirts, baby onesies etc constantly have vinyl lifting after 1 wear. I want to sell htv crafted shirts but am afraid to because of the disappointment people will get when their vinyl lifts after one day. Wish I could return this.

This Heat Press is pretty impressive! I had doubts and tons of Anxiety about purchasing it, but the price kept pulling me in, and it’s definitely worth the money. It was also ready to use right out of the box, I plugged it in, set the heat to correct temp which is very simple to figure out, and started pressing. I did have to tighten the handle a little, but I think they left it a little loose so you can find the grip that is most comfortable to use. I also took the pressure down so I could open it easier and that was easy, with just a turn of the knob. The thickness of the padding is perfect size and removable just in case you might ever need to replace it. I’ve used Cricut HTV, Siser HTV, and The Paper Company HTV, and it all pressed very well with this machine! I would highly recommend this Heat Press to anyone looking for a durable, ready to use, affordable press.

Ive been using the heat press extensively for the last 6 months and it worked fine. Of course, 3 days after the 6 month window for product support, the heat plate has stopped holding a consistent temperature. I had chosen this brand because I heard that their customer support was good, but this has NOT been proven to be the case. They are difficult to communicate with, and unwilling to acknowledge that my press is defective and not working. I even got the heat gun out to test the temperatures. Even though it was set to 350, the center 4 inches of the 15 inch press was only 340. And beyond that 4 inches the plate was over 30-40 degrees cooler! The result was sublimation prints that was clear at the center, but faded on the edges. Completely useless. I was really sad that the customer support was so unhelpful. Their English is barely comprehendible. Their suggestions for fixes are pointless--And repetitive. No matter how many times I told them I checked the pressure and settings, they still gave the same response of Check the pressure. And they had the gall to say that the temperature fluctuation was normal. Im very disappointed. Any good company would have been willing to help out just a few days outside the warranty time-period.
