Horrible experience with customer care. The used item got received and while assembling there was some problem and customer care did not help me at all, they dont understand the concern.

My little one LOVES this thing! Before giving birth I was caught up in the hype of buying the mamaroo. And although I do still like the mamaroo my baby enjoys this swing sooooo much more. The three directional swing with mirror and toys and music just does something for him. He calms down every time and lasts a long time in it. I will be purchasing this for a friend!! The assembly was a slight bit of a pain but I got through it pretty well. Your baby will thank you!

It was easy to put together. Took me 34 minutes to assemble. Hardest part was getting up and down to put it together, being 7 months pregnant lol. Its super cute, hope the baby likes it as much as I do!
