I’m enjoying these workout bands so far. Even though the lightest one kicks my butt. I use them with YouTube videos and they really do the job.

Well made

This product is good thus far. The only complaint that i have is that you only get any kind of resistance with the heaviest two bands. The other three bands are very light. That may be your style but if you expect to get any kind of measurable resistance; the black and red bands are probably the only 2 you will use or need. Still a good value though.

They’re kind of a pain to switch around during workouts. They twist up a lot

The variety of resistences in this set of bands will last me a long time. I started with the easiest one. Very high quality. I would buy these again.

these are great for different ranges

After getting plantar fasciitis, I overstretched and ended up with tendonitis in the same foot. These are helping me get over both issues. Just be aware that these are on the smaller size; not the larger ones used in many YouTube videos.
