> 24 hourI absolutely love everything about this case. I found that I need to work remotely about half a month for next year, so I was worried about transporting my new iMac Pro 27 between locations. Ive had this case for about a month, and I can literally say its one of the best purchases (outside my $6k iMac Pro) Ive made in a while. It is extremely well made and durable. I didnt think Id actually work with the iMac in the case, but it has been a pleasant surprise how well vented it is for the iMac. The side zippers and all the equipment pockets... GENIUS! Love this case!

> 24 hourI am on the road with my desktop Mac and use this carrier. I havent had it long enough to determine the durability. Its a little challenging to get the bulky computer into the bag initially, the learning curve is steep. It works well and I am not aware of anything else on the market to compete with this.

> 24 hourLa usamos para transportar mi estudio desde Guatemala a Los Ángeles, se tuvo que ir con todas las maletas, la tuvimos que chequear, nos aseguramos de indicar a la aerolínea que era frágil y listo !! Mi iMac llegó intacta, esta maleta resultó perfecta, muy buen material, vale la pena la inversión. Súper recomendada

> 24 hourFantastic case. I have the 27” and it fits my Mac safely and securely. It is huge. I’m a small girl, but I’m able to sling it over my shoulder. It’s not easy, but I can do it. It’s the safest way I’ve found to transport my iMac. I feel safe when it’s in this case. Just be aware, it is quite large.

> 24 hourThis seems like a perfect carrying case for newer than 2013 iMacs with the thin edge bezel and no CD drive. But Gator Case claims this fits 09 and newer iMacs. Unfortunately, they dont without user modifications. The small foam blocks that they provide to support the monitor in the case only accept thin bezel iMac displays. 2009-2012 iMacs are almost an inch thick at the base and this will cause the entire unit to rock out of place inside the bag. Id cut the foam to make it fit, but the fabric sewn around the foam block is too form-fitting to work. To top it all off, when I called Gator case, their customer service rep didnt even know that they sold these cases. Waiting for tech/customer support was non-existent, and now Im trying to determine if I should send this back and use the original iMac carrying case, or try the iLugger. As I said, it was a nice case. I wanted to use it, but trying to simply get customer support to explain how someone should pack a 2009-2012 27 iMac into this case only left to disappoint. And to top it off, the blocks do not suspend the iMac base off the bottom of the case. So if someone sets this on the floor too hard it may destroy your hinge join or cause and SSD mounted drive to come loose inside. (I wish they would have included two more foam blocks to fit the previous models).

> 24 hourI’m most productive on my 27” iMAC, but generally make due with my MacBookPro or iPad Pro when traveling back and forth for extended stays in FLA — No more! This gives me a great option to pop my iMAC into the SUV or check it at the baggage counter. My iMAC is safe and sound in this sturdy, well-designed highly padded case. I couldn’t be happier with it.

> 24 hourIts not a hard case but since I travel in my own vehicle, this works perfect. Just let valet know its a computer so they wont stack anything on it if you let them take your luggage to your room. It has external and internal pockets for all your devices and drives. Nice. Price is steep but so was my iMac Pro

> 24 hourI was a skeptic about this bag, but wow it’s a great bag. I was about to buy a hard travel box for my computer when I saw this as a much lower cost alternative. Even though I can’t fly with this bag verses case, I don’t think I will need to fly with an IMac, i’ll just take my computer instead. Case is well made and definetely protects computer. I like how the squared up one side so that it is easier to carry than in the box it came in. Overall very impressed with quality.

> 24 hourLet me just state right off the bat that I will be keeping this case (tote, as they call it), but mainly because there are few other options. This case looks incredible, has all the right pockets in all the right places, is constructed well, and fits the 27 iMac very nicely for transportation. That said, my issue is with the hood portion. Inside of the front flap material is only a thin piece of foam (likely) and it should be a solid and sturdy piece of plastic so it can span the distance without hanging down into the viewers line-of-sight. In order to remedy this, I have to put something on top of the display to help hold it up, otherwise Ill just use the computer outside of the case—defeating half the purpose of the overall design in the first place. This portion is the smooth grey part that has the logo on it; its the flap on the front when zipped-up. All that needs to happen is a more rigid material sewn inside of it in that one section. After several emails with a very nice customer service rep, it became very apparent to me that the design team could care less about the issue. I wasnt even asking for a new bag, I just wanted acknowledgment of how this design was an oversight and theyll fix it on a Version 2. No such luck. Again, this case really does check all the boxes in all the right places (except one), and it will look super PRO to arrive carrying my iMac in such a case. But the one design flaw is big enough to drop my rating to a 3, and sadly I will not be able to work with my computer in the case, as that hood will be very bothersome. Itll be a carrying case and nothing more.
