Good product for the cost

So long as it doesn’t rain this item is great otherwise stay clear it is not waterproof. The plastic cover does little to keep the rain out. I emptied a third a cup of water out of it after the first rain we had.

Really good product and coverage for those surged that takes away everything

So far this 30AMP Surge Protector from GearGo has worked great. The surge protector is rated up to 8000 Joules and made of flame retardant copper wire. I use this 30AMP surge protector with my 2021 Keystone Hideout travel trailer. This unit has a high surge protection rating, weatherproof cover and a circuit analyzer with LED indicator lights. The surge protector is easy to install. Plug your adapter in, verify the green LED indicator light, connect your trailer connection to the 30AMP surge protector. Like I said. So far the 30 AMP Surge Protector by GearGo has worked great. If that ever changes I will leave an update here. Enjoy!

Works great and built heavy duty. Better than expected

I unfortunately didnt get a chance to use. The power pole for my live in camper was lower to the ground than expected. Had to return it. Easy return.

On the few occasions we plug our campervan into a camp site, we use this for peace of mind. It is small enough to store and the orange color is easy to spot. The design is straightforward and the device is plug and play.

Device worked very well. Bright lights to tell circuit is working properly. Weatherproof case kept connection dry during thunderstorms. Also bright orange color is easy to spot when packing up so you don’t forget it at site.

I use this every time I plug into shore power to save my motorhome electronics from surges( which are common in parks).

Surge Protector seems to be really well made. A couple comments about a flimsy cover had me concerned, but I found the cover to be adequate, and should be durable. Impressive packaging, highly recommend.
