24-04-2025This is a very well-made, striking doodad, but as a USB stick, it runs way, way to hot to be relied on for any kind of continuous use. Maybe a grab and go, but thats about it.

> 3 dayWorks fine both visually and as a fully functional flash drive, and only took 10 days shipping time to California. This is a great gift for audio enthusiasts who have or aspire to have tube-amps, or electronics geeks with vintage equipment, or just regular folks with a PC who like unusual stuff. I chose the orange flavor because it most closely resembles the appearance of actual tubes. The audiophile friend I gave one to really gets a kick out of it.

> 3 dayThis is Real Looking to join the crew of 20,000 leagues beneath the sea? Look no further. SlavaTech has your gear. Mine arrived fast, in perfect condition, and seems to be a genuine SanDisk USB Drive in a diode shell, Even my mate likes it, and she is neither Steam nor Goth.

> 3 dayExcellent USB 2 key simulating a Pentode vacuum tube. Very well designed, pleasant look, and seems rock solid. Light (not flashing) when connected to a compter. It is delivered with a software to protect data. A bit heavy compared to other similar keys, probably due to the use of metal. Work very well and does not get warm (I copied 50 GB). I am positively surprised. Performances according to Parkdale for file transfert of 1 MB (blok of 1 MB) : - writing rate : 4.6 MBytes/sec, down to 2.8 MBytes/sec after 3 minutes or even less. - reading rate : 13-29 MBytes/sec, average near 30 MBytes/sec It is not a record but un the market average. Again ? Yes, small is beautiful !

> 3 dayAwesome! It lights up the second you plug it in. I was hoping it would blink as you stored data on it, but it doesnt, no worries because it still looks so cool plugged in to my computer. This is a must have for any Steampunk enthusiast or anyone who loves having a bit of sci-fi flair to their data transfering needs. Id be happy to answer any questions anyone may have. Thank SlavaTech, this was an amazing idea you had!
