Ready to rip this out of the ground and throw it away. This item isn’t even an option on the app’s list of plugs to add. There is no “reset button” to set it up for manual connection. It’s frustrating and useless as a smart home device. I’ve had to just leave my Christmas lights on 24/7. I’ll never buy from this manufacturer again.

Not very happy about that.

It is a slick power portal. BUT, the instructions were written by a third-grade art student. They provide little to no useful information. Calling the help line was... helpful, but they were unable to get the smart-plug to connect to the app. After hanging up, I reset everything and was able to make it work. I ordered two. Using the knowledge from the first, setting up the second one was a piece of cake.

Great product and easy to sync with Google.

Easy to understand instructions but the app was hard to find a connection. I already have the smart life app and it says it will work with that app but it took awhile for it to finally connect correctly.

Easy to use and takes the hassle out of going outside to turn on/off lights

IMAGINE TURNING ON ALL YOUR OUTDOOR LIGHTS, MUSIC, AND WATER FEATURES WITH JUST THE SOUND OF YOUR VOICE!!! NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS ARE IN COMPLETE AWE. THIS SMART PLUG STATION IS AWESOME! WORKS VERY WELL AND HAS ADDED A WHOLE NEW DIMENSION OF EASE AND COMFORT IN MY FAMILYS LIFE.

This felt cheaply built, and could NEVER get it to connect to the app. Ended up returning as this was completely useless and didnt work as advertised. Instructions were not very well written and not clear. Too generic.

Super easy to set up and use. Good range. Feels like I got more than what I paid for.
