Soooooooooooooo hard and confusing to set it up. Manual is reading and a very fine print hat use magnifying glass to read the instruction. 16 small pages to tell you how to set it up. Will return both items today. They leave you no 800 number to call you just want you to get online and start chatting with automated machine to help you out, what a joke.

One of the worst wireless devices I ever purchased. I did every step of every direction, watched several videos and it will not sync to my phone on my 2.4ghz wifi.

I no longer have to go outside to plug in the lights. I can handle everything using Google assistant. Love this product! Very happy!

I purchased it to use for Christmas lights outdoors. Went to set it up and you cant put the app on your phone unless you provide photo of personal information such as your drivers license. Totally setting you up fo ID theft. The company was kind enough to contact me 3 months later and gave me a refund, for that I am grateful. Hopefully you can download their app now without having to provide such personal information.

Very sturdy with plenty of receptacles. They could be spaced out just a bit more, so bigger plugs could be inserted next to each other. However, all my plugs fit and it works great. Easy to hook up to Alexa once you download the Smart Plug app. I would purchase this again!

Appears durable havent used it that much yet. Appears waterproof however top lid could close a bit more securely.Nice long cord with it as a previous one I had was like 1 long.A bit difficult to program all around and knowing that you have to have 2.4GHz WI Fi router

This is being used to control my Christmas lights. It has been rained on and is still working. It was easy to download the app on my iPhone that allows me to turn on my lights with my phone, or set up schedules for when I want the lights to turn on/off, or even use Amazon Alexa to turn the on/off via voice. There are 6 outlets, all of which have a plastic door/cover to protect unused outlets. This is really a great way to control my Christmas lights.

I purchased one of these last year and loved it, so this year I bought a second. They manage our holiday lights beautifully! I love the app functionality from my phone, the Alexa comparability and the way I can sync multiple devices together.
