No problems, product as described and as expected.

I have been using this ink for several years and it is always just what I needed.

Although the item pictured shows the HP box, it is not a HP product. In fact, when I loaded the cartridges into the printer I received a message stating to always use HP products. Even though it is not a HP product, the print quality is good and the price is comparable.
