HP has uploaded software on their printers that renders the ink purchased on Amazon useless. I purchased an ink jet printer, Officejet PRO 8620, years ago and it has worked well. I purchased HP ink refills from Amazon last year and it worked fine. I then purchased HP ink refills the same way and the printer gave me an error that says the ink cartridges will not work with this printer. HP changed my printer without my permission and made it useless. I will never buy another HP product again.

It will not work on my HP printer. It expired several years ago as well.

My ink cartridges last a long time because it is used on my home printer. I have had my printer for many years and I have never used any ink cartridges other than the HP ones. They produce excellent copies, especially the colors.

My Sept 2017 order must have been a bad batch -- or was NOT an XL and was mislabeled. The cyan only lasted 2 months where XL colors usually last at least 5 months. I am hoping the replacement XL I purchased later will last at least 5 months, or I will have to stop buying from Amazon and go back to the big box office supply store. Very disappointed and feel like I was ripped off.

Works great. Pulled my old ink out, installed the new one, no issues at all. Did a 8x10 portrait print out, no issues and it was great quality.
