> 3 dayIf there are apps that you want to install on your laptop that are not blessed by Microsoft, you will have to leave Windows 10 Safe Mode to install the apps. A lot of people still order anti-virus software for Windows 10. Do you know that anti-virus software is included in Windows 10? Its called Windows Defender.

> 3 dayThe laptop really isn’t slow. There is a message that comes up or I believe it is on the card that comes with it!!!! Very important!!!!!!!! Do not turn on laptop before plugging it in. Setup is pretty long but laptop is totally worth the price except for the fact that the touchscreen is heavier than the keyboard so the laptop tips a little forward be careful not to drop it if it’s on your lap or on your bed.

> 3 dayI always thought that HP generally made good computers, this purchase taught me otherwise. Like many, I purchased this product at the beginning of the pandemic to have a new computer that could handle all of my work related responsibilities from home. Immediately, I noticed something odd with the keyboard functions. I would strike the right shift key and it would place the cursor elsewhere on my screen, many lines away from where I was typing. Then, about three weeks later the camera stopped working. This has been a big issue these past months. Its unfortunate that i have to use an Apple Macbook from 2008 just to have my work meetings so that others can see me as I participate. Also, HP support is ridiculously poor. I have gone to the companies site to remedy my camera issue and they have been no help. In general, just stay away from all things HP, customer service is poor and the products are even worse.

08-01-2025I purchased this for my wife and it seems to be a pretty good laptop. The only issue is this particular one doesnt hold a charge at all. I let it charge for several hours only to see it was still at 0 percent. Now, this is advertised as a NEW laptop so I dont see how in the world it doesnt hold a charge. The minute I disconnect the charger it instantly dies. I will be requesting a replacement or a refund. This laptop couldnt have been tested prior to being shipped to us.
